(d) Force Majeure. The Lawrence Township Fire Department and Lawrence Township will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance regardless of the cause of such a failure or delay in performance.

Via access provided by the Website, User may order products and service from third parties who are not affiliated with the Lawrence Township Fire Department or Lawrence Township. The Lawrence Township Fire Department and Lawrence Township is not a party to any transactions with third parties and makes no representations or warranties whatsoever with respect either to such third parties or to the subject matter of such transactions.
